I'd like to think I'm folding, particularly this early on.
How many times have you hovered over the fold button in this situation, ended up hitting max and shipping it in. Then, "ah fudge, I knew it" rings out thru your study.
Another hand from the OC.

Tough spot.
If you are ever going to fold KK it is here.

Re: Another hand from the OC.
i am worried about the passive cutoff who has cold called his whole stack.
lag has JJ+, AKs, passive player has QQ+ i think and thats it.

basically flipping 3 handed.
since you are last into the pot, i think you can find a fold.
having said that i basically never fold here when i am actually playing

FYP, none of us are good enough to fold here (and I don't think we should be anyway).

Saw one of my friends fold KK in the ME
Action as follows
50/100 (bets are approx)
EP Limp
EP Limp
MP raises to 400
BB (KK) raises to 1100
EP folds
EP folds
MP raises to 2800
BB (KK) calls
Flop 8 high
BB (KK) bets 5000
MP goes all in (14,000ish)
BB (KK) Folds
I was watching the hand and agreed that fold was (probably) the right thing - the actions screamed AA.
Hard to do, but his solid play allowed him to get the chips back later.

Re: Another hand from the OC.
In the first hand,
- We 4b with KK and get 5b shoved on, then a caller.
- Are put to a decision preflop for all our chips
In the second hand,
- We 3b and get 4b
- We flat call preflop, seeing a flop
- We lead for near pot and are shoved on, put to a decision for all our chips postflop
Action by villians in these hands are completely different.

Re: Another hand from the OC.
In the first pot it's early on so I'd probably fold and wait for a better spot down the track when things have settled down a little. Putting 10K of chips in front of some of these people makes it difficult as most haven't had that many in front of them before.
In the second pot I think I check the flop and see what the re raiser does to conserve chips.
