Thoughts and Feedback please for Season 3 Home Game Fixture

Garth .... would it be a mission to implement that , if you are sitting out for more than 3 rounds , or a whole blind level , you are removed from the tourney ?

I would imagine this would be a 888 issue , not able to be implemented by 888PL tho ?

Had a player who was trying to dump chips to go to venue take out 4-5 players then sit out and go to venue .... with the chip lead !

I don't think this is right or fair ! !

And yes , before you all harp , i was also taken out by this person ... not happy but i should have known the river was going to get me , after being in front ALL the way to it !

Tonights AK will get to HU with a deadstack ! !

It might not be part of the etiquette of the game, but it is also the RIGHT of the player to do whatever the hell her or she wants with their chips. If they want to shove every hand, thats their prerogative. Its up to you to adapt your style to their.

If a player is playing really bad, then i WANT the to STAY bad. Means more chips for me.

Deadstacks are a part of all online tournaments. Im sorry but you probably won't strike up much of a convo on this forum about them anymore. The cliff notes of every other thread has been: lets modify the rego times to minimise them, but if they are on your table, then deal with it - easy blinds.

Yer i know ya wont stop the dead stacks at start of tourneys , but i think it is wrong to get to HU against a dead stack , or even have a dead stack on the FT !

Just ain't right ! !

I heard on other sites that if ya sitting out too long ya get removed ...

Loving the look of the new season fixtures ... we wont get these type of players as much !

If dead stack gets to final table or HU after being out for ages then the other players are doing something wrong obviously....

For the record the deadstack left with 93k after some ridiculous play. He/she ended up 4th.

Just looked @ dream team score board "FFS" 16 people above me who's away score boards are @ least 50/70% lower than me ??
that is no fair way too have score boards. I have final tabled 1/3.45 away games. Points 20 out of 34 games .
& yet people can buy their way above me , but not contribute to the away game argh. FU*% it
So wrong bring on next season because i not gonna PITY the FOOLS next season ...

i have read with interest the previous 206 posts and replies and the GK 's responses.
Personally my circumstances and involvement with the now 888pl poker routines have change severely with the closure of my local venue [ last game this Monday.].
As a typical customer of Poker abeit country dwelling ,I have been above average supporter of my local venue having missed 3 nights since its inception now three years ago. My local venues closure was a Management financial decision demeaning that Monday Night Poker not profiting the venue and associated monies could be better utilized [ on Internet Search Engine Optiminization].
Seems 888pl and its on line Poker development is progressing nicely and version 3 being the latest release reflects this.
My now defunkned 'Away venue" has freed at weekly $20/$30 bankroll to be utilized on the new Season three perhaps , so Mondays will be a stay @ Home watch ' Footy Confidential " and fold my way to some cash and 'freeroll' my way to a Monthly [ 90 runner/ GF ticket seat final .]

1/. learn to 'live'/ play with dead stacks.
2/. the continued growth and poker player drift to online will esculate much like drinking and eating out has moved to takeaways and bottle shop sales.
3/ online purchases ...Car, Food ,Real Estate, Air tickets EBay shopping, are increasing why should Poker Entertainment/monies earnt and spent be any different.

Some people only have 1 venue in their area and how do you know that these people don't spend big when they do attend the venue? Maybe this is their one night where they play relaxing poker and just enjoy themselves.
They only need to play a game a week. them the rules.
