SModcast
Kevin Smith and Scott Mosier's Podcast, easily the best of the four. I still love listening to the 2+2 cast, but SModcast is just so damn entertaining, man. Whether we're hearing the hypothetical situation of whether Scott would fulfill a dying kid's wish by watching him masturbate (my favourite smodcast, ep 56), or the time Bryan Johnson cheated on his girlfriend with Mrs X, (an elderly grouch of a woman) we're always guaranteed a good time.
Two Plus Two Pokercast
As said above - poker, and tons of it. Adam Schwartz and Mike Johnson are great hosts, their banter is easy to listen to and they keep the show moving at a good pace. Guests are usually informative and someone you should be listening to, but might not know about till know. I'll never forget the interview with Barry Greenstein and Eli Elezra and the number of f bombs Eli dropped

This is more for the Joblo.com fan - although any "average" movie goer would enjoy it too. When my favourite movie site came out with their own podcast, I was naturally in the need for new pants. Jim Law and Jonny Moreno are entertaining as all hell (usually drunk, which is just plain awesome). Its just movie fans talking the shit each week, discussing new releases, DVDs, what they think of recent news... I like it.

SModcast's sister podcast, run by Walt Flanagan and Bryan Johnson, mates of Kevin's. They've appeared on SModcast a bunch of times so SModcast fans should be used to them by now. Their cast is still in its early days, but its good listening so far. Bryan Johnson is hilarious and I love Walt's attitude towards his fellow human beings
