I was just saying it is an aspect that does favour the knife a bit imho (in terms of a throwing weapon), that had been overlooked so far in discussing its utility in a fight.

Typical AJG "iv'e been proved wrong so ill distance myself from my original comment and pretend i didn't actually write whatever i wrote comment"

Happens all the time :o

WTF? Proved wrong???
I said i will choose a knife.
I also said one thing that hasnt been noted is that a knife is also a good throwing weapon...
How is others saying "Oh I will just hit your thrown knife with my bat" (good luck!) or "Bats can be thrown to" PROVING me wrong?
In fact, my statement cannot be proven wrong, as it ISNT...

AJG wrote:One glaring ommision in all these reply posts:

The knife can be thrown, so it is also a ranged weapon...
I'll take the knife any day of the week.

I didnt deny anything.... I actually reiterated what I originally said
Unless somehow me omitting an 'e' in the word One somehow changed the whole meaning of my post for you?

btw, really constructive post maccatak, well done...
