Re: Bad jam?
Few things.
1/ You're playing on Zack's account, yes? Is this you playing or Zack?
2/ Don't post results, it was already obvious from the question that he had a higher house, but still, don't post results. Skews opinions. (ie cut off the action on your decision, so Hero bets $3.50, villian raises to $7, Hero ???)
3/ I'd raise preflop, bet more on the turn (even if you are c/r make it like $1.50 minimum)
4/ I'm tempted to just call the river.

Re: Bad jam?
yeah, as played i find it reallt hard to believe that he had a 9, and as such there is no point shoving as nothing worse (except maybe a ten) will pay you off. I flat call this river, raise pre and bet more on the turn as aaron said.
Doesn't zack have a forum account? prob forgot his password, or was thommo playing zacks FT account.

Re: Bad jam?
A 9 should just be flatting this river but a minraise isn't out of the Q for tards. So yeah just calling is fine.
