Maybe you just have to be called Aaron to like her?, but I also like Judith Lucy ALK... Saw her live at the fringe many a year ago... freakin hilarious! Obv some here don't like her, but I think the fact she makes a living telling jokes, and has done for many many years now (which isnt so easy in Aus) speaks that she must have some comedic skill... Granted sometimes she can be dry, but soesnt detract from her ability to have you wetting yourself with laughter...

I kinda did, but ill do a more detailed report - perhaps but just listing some of the subject matter he talked about.

A guy slouched in his seat (ross could only see his head) became the 'head guy' who ended up dancing, skateboarding and singing laga gaga songs into a stethescope from a satchel (as an alternative to an ipod).

Needing an epidural for a really big poo he wanted to take. He had eaten so much lamb he was afraid it would reform in his arse and he would 'give birth' to it.

The two J's - Michael Jackson, and Jesus

Getting a toy helicopter caught in his pubes - he was flying it in a hotel room at 4am naked

An incontinent MC Hammer who only has baggy pants so that he can conceal his large piss bag.

Would a pirate with hooked hands be better or worse at using an iphone.

Avatar and Twighlight - as re-enacted by ross noble (funniest bit was him recreating a scene where a sexy vampire turns back into being a bat half way through sex, and returns to living in a different cave)

I may add some more stuff as it comes to mind, but overall it was random non-linear awesomeness.

Ross Noble has a fantastic ability to work his material into a show while interacting with the audience, giving the appearance that half his show is completely made up on the spot - which i think some of it is. He could be forgiven for lacking energy in this show, he has just finished a run of shows at the fringe and is touring many SA country areas - but the fact was he was as high octane as always, and clearly enjoyed being in a smaller theatre where crowd interaction was much easier.

All in all it was a fantastic night - the 6th time i have seen ross live, and it was just as good as all of the other brilliant shows i have seen.

Try and get hold of anything by Peter Kay.
He has done classic series of Phoenix Nights and Max and Paddy, as well as stand up.

he plays several characters in the series, bit like summer heights but he done it first and would say is better.!
