I agree with Muzz
It read like a suggestion.

Maybe "hey this is being done in Sydney..." would be a good start :)

Sounds like a cash game with no rake trying to cicumvent laws that do not allow chips to have any value attached to them.

As a game, 1.5 hours seems to short, are there any blind increases? What is the purpose of the game?

and if i am spending 35 or 55 dollars, to win a small fraction of money, then the time limit is irrelevant. At what point do you start to consider this a profitable venture? Say you have 10 buy ins at 35. that is 350 on the table. It then is pretty much bubbly play for 1.5 hours as everyone wants to have chips at the end so they get some of the money.

It's a chip chop tournament. An equity chop is conducted at the end of the allocatted time. This games were introduced to circumvent NSW's gambling laws and play poker games akin to a ring game.

I will not particpate in producing these or allowing our contractors venues to host them. It is essentially a ring game that has a pre determined start and end time and until legislation is cleared up in both states to allow true legal ring games I will not jeapordise our reputation or legal action against our clients and consumers.

I knew someone would have the correct info about the Game.

I was not suggesting we have here, it was posted purely to show what is happening in other states, but I do like dealer choice holdem/omaha concept, I dont think a HORSE event would generate much interest.
