1/. it would need 24 completely committed and cooperative players to make it work.

2/. you get a minimum of three games to play.

3/. a repercharge 'losers' round could be involved.

before I complete the web page I do need some assistance from the blanks and I'll get in touch as needed.

note the proposal was drafted into teams as I thought would work given a 'name' sorted alphabetically and listed..
we could increase it to 4 players a team ie 32 players needed,but I thought a playoff heads up challenge to gain entry to the league either on a individaul basis or by nominating a 3x team to get into this League would be more fun !!!! team rankings could be played amongst yourselves to gain bragging rights....

We're struggling to get people together just have a singles match.

Sorry to say, I won't be involved in this because things would just be too hard.

i think that it will definitely have to be people that want to play regularly and quickly for it to work.

but yes, gonna be tough to maintain.
i am willing to help in organisation bruce i would recommend everyone that wants to be in give names, mobile numbers, msn/emails and at least 2-3 times when they can play.

from this, each time will organise the events at the start of the week for the games that week. and if the games dont get completed, then forfiets/coin toss applies. but this is where you need comitted players, or else it wont work.

Curious as to the obsession with teams? Look at poker around the world... hardly any teams events. I would prefer a 1 on 1 thing again. Or maybe a league like soccer/football.

thats actually a VERY good idea david.

i wonder if it were possible to run a server locally so that only people in the LAN would be seen in the prizeclub software?

or maybe there is some other holdem poker software that allows people to organise a network game?
