having said this, its awesome when u are slow playing the nuts and some tool keeps yelling "he's bluffing", and as a result u get 3 callers.

the opposite definitely seems to happen more.

also, please refer to my previous posts about slow playing and getting outdrawn time and time again!!

Have to say, it's as much your own fault for not calling over the TD.

The rules apply all the time, not when you've eventually had enough.

true pete, i should have called over the TD.

but everyone should get a little leeway, after all we are playing for fun, and i dont want to be a killjoy at the tables. this is why i havent yet said anything.

this isn't aimed at you directly, but I'll tell you what isn't fun - players deciding what rules they want to follow and when.

The person doing the wrong thing (by everyone) is the one making it un-fun so you having that stopped is hardly making you the killjoy.

speaking of people who choose what rules to follow

im really tired of people soft playing mates and checking down hands... even showing the cards before the river because they were just going to check it down anyway

what a joke... and some of these people are so called "big time" players

im not going to name names, just letting it be known you are being watched

big brother is out there people!
