Re: 888PL Season 1 Grand Final - Shout Thread
Garth, re your post in the announcement thread, I got into a flip with Warney, not Nitro. He opens to 2800 from CO at 400/800, I reraise to 7800 with TT, Warney ships for 32k~. I call all in for 28k (I have my reasons, will post if anyone would like to know), Warney has AQo, window Q. That pot was 70kish, and the very next hand Warney gave it all to Nitro with the QT/66 hand.
+1 on the Nitro playing aggressive/big stack poker well opinions... the kid is a machine. Played phenomenally today, was very, very very impressed. He owned me all day. Would not be surprised if he wins, honestly. Played perfect poker all day, good luck mate.

Yeah sure,
any other demands you would like to make?
I won't tell you what the rest of the ops team wanted me to post.
How about you give us some time to wind down, get our work out of the way.
ANd hand for hand?
CO raises, Blinds fold CO wins! ;doesn't make for good reading.
In saying that chipstacks will be posted now in announcements.

Re: 888PL Season 1 Grand Final - Shout Thread
Just saw your updated list Garth, thankyou for taking the time to post it!!
Wanted to point out the boys from the Sowf..
TABLE SEAT FIRST NAME SURNAME CHIP COUNT
1 2 Phillip Ellsworth 234,000
2 2 Stuart Cleverly 49,500
7 8 Matt Kelly 163,500
Any chance you can let us know when these 3 get knocked out tomorrow?
It would be appreciated, but I do know your very busy, so it is very understandable if you can't.
But it is awesome to see these 3 doing so well, they are awesome players!!
(Well maybe except Phil who was first out first hand in the state finals 2 finals ago.. LOL)
(Bet he practices heaps with that free chipset he got.. LOL)
GO BOYS!! Kick some butt!!

Hi Guys,
There will be more comprehensive live reporting today.
We will try and get almost every elimination hand and we will be updating standings regularly.
Brett will be fully dedicated to live reporting and we will have dealers on every table controlling the action.
Play will resume with two tables @ 9 handed and five table @ 8 handed.
A decision will be made whether we go to 8 handed earlier than expected.

My dark horse is Eva Bailey and not because she got extremely lucky and knocked me out. She used to play alot but hasnt for last year after having a child. She only played 2 games last season winning both times and has a healthy stack of about 140k. Easily the best female player in the 888pl, a street ahead of Stacy and the rest. Well thats my opinion anyway.
