Plus rather than paying him the 1.4 million over 2 years, they can pay him Relocation expenses to keep him under the salary cap. And also get the extra dollars from Carlton. All in return for them pinching Judd. . Screw them back situation.

Think most teams are settled and chucking him into any established team can create poor performance ripples. Gold Coast is another option, more as a drawcard to get a fan base. But impressionable young players can turn a potential team into a joke. But they have the rugby league or union player in their squad, so that will be more of a drawcard than anything.
