The 888Poker League is committed to continuing to deliver fantastic prizes, promotions and tournaments to our players and is thrilled to announce the inaugural 888PL Online Championships!!

Our first Online Champs is set for the weekend of 30-31st October, 2009 and is set to be one of the biggest events of our new league.

What’s Up For Grabs?

Well aside from the highly sought after Aussie Millions Package worth $10,500 there are 4 other sensational events including a Freeroll Rebuy, No Limit Hold ‘Em Turbo and High Rollers Event.

As well as the prize pool in excess of $15,000 in one weekend, the first ever 888Poker League Bracelets are on the table, too.

Just in case you have been living under a rock the Aussie Millions is Australia’s premium poker event with the biggest buy in and largest prize pool. If you have always dreamed of sitting at the table in January at Crown Casino with some of the biggest names in poker, this is your chance! And, you can do it from the comfort of your lounge room.

When Does It Begin?

The satellite series for the 888PL Online Champs Main Event start on 5th October and run until 30th October.

These satellite events will be a $1+ 10c Rebuy Tournament and a $2+ 20c Freezeout everyday.

The Online Champs starts at 7.15pm AEST 30th October and continues until the High Rollers Event at 9pm AEST on 31st October.

First things first you MUST have registered to play your 888Poker League Home Games. Don’t wait, get on and practice your online tournament play today to get yourself in the best possible form for all the big games of the 888PL Online Champs!

Event 1: Freeroll with 55c Rebuys

Date: Friday, 30th October, 7.15pm AEST
Structure: T1500 Start Stack, 15 Minute Blind Levels – 55c rebuys for 2 hours.
Guaranteed Prizes: $100 Guaranteed

Event 2: $5.50 NLHE Shorthanded Event

Date: Saturday, 31st October, 10.00am AEST
Structure: 6 max to a table, T5000 Start stack and 10 minute Blind Levels
Guaranteed Prizes: $250 Guaranteed

Event 3: $5.50 NLHE Turbo

Date: Saturday 31st October, 2.00pm AEST
Structure: T3000 Start stack with 5 minute blind levels.
Guaranteed Prizes: $250 Guaranteed

Event 4: $22 Online Champs Main Event

Date: Saturday, 31st October, 7.00pm AEST
Structure: T15000 Start Stack, 20 Minute Blind Levels.
Guaranteed Prizes: $14,000 Guaranteed - $10,500 Aussie Millions Main Event Seat for first. Remaining cash prize pool will be distributed via 10% rule.

Event 5: $55 High Rollers Event

Date: Saturday, 31st October, 9.00pm AEST
Structure: T10000 Start Stack with 10 minute Blind Levels
