Brownlow

Postby maccatak11 » Thu Sep 10, 2009 8:54 pm

So who is everyones tip for this years award. I think Steve Johnson's awesome start to the year will hurt Ablett, so i think Swan will win it this year.

Ok i also need feedback on this multi-bet. I think montagna has had an awesome year for St.Kilda, and Bernie Vince was definately best on ground in at least 3 games this year, so

Montanga (most votes for st.kilda) into Vince (most votes for adelaide) into Judd (most for Carl - a certainty here i think) - paying $11.57 and i have had a lazy $20 on it.

That's a nice lil Mutli Macca, how does one go about putting that bet down.
I like the idea of thrown $20 or $30 at that myself.

Me and some mates have put on a heap of multi bets, in the same vein.

Have put gibbs in for Carlton instead of Judd in afew.

Question - who do you think will poll the most votes for the Eagles, and North Melbourne?

Interesting about WC and NM. I think Hamish McIntosh was the roos most consistent player, but Brent Harvey only needs 10 votes to get the highest for them i think.

Lecras or Priddis for WC, although Shannon Hurn is a roughie who could well win their best and fairest, but prob wont poll well.

Yeah LeCras was the name being bandied about the most in our discussions, but I'm not sure if 56 goals as a forward will garner more votes than a mid-fielder.

I went with Petrie for North.

Probably Mark LeCras for the Eagles. Either him, Hurn, or Glass. I would think that Glass will get a lot of respect for commanding and working the full back position, but on skill alone LeCras had a pretty good season.

Aaron Coleman.

Ill put $10 on Glass getting 0 votes this year. Full backs dont get respect from umpires. Blond or Bald midfielders get votes.
