old man Swanky wrote:Yeah I was sitting right next to you, couldn't play a hand, and yes it was VERY annoying.
For someone that had to go, you folded enough hands or limped in enough, and for some strange reason only pushed when you had high pokets or high suited connectors.
And telling garth is nothing, there aint bugger all he can do about it.
A player plays the way he plays, I just ask that in 888pl games you have a little bit more respect for your fellow pub players, that is all.
It was a great way to send an entire table on tilt then you leave for your job with all their chips that you can't play with.
I understand you got a call from work and that happens, play until you have to leave by all means, but then make your exuse and leave is all I'm asking.
It's called respect, and Trishan, you lost alot of points in my book for that.
:D

old man Swanky it wasn't me?! It was Squidy.... I don't get called out for any job - I am a uni student and run my own business from home.

Also my online name is "nplking" and had you not brought it up you would have gone on thinking that I do this...

I was actually the one telling him to leave and asking him why he did that....

Might've been me. I jammed all in every hand for the first 20 hands or so in the GFF, to get a stack. I got up to around 7k then teetered out, probably spent about $11 in rebuys.

people that say i am tired, i want to go to bed, so they shove every hand, then triple up, and then stay around because they now have a stack annoy me the most.

It was a guy called "Squidy" and not Squidy777 or Squidydidy.

I'd also like old man Swanky to retract his statement or suggestion that it was me involved.

ok ajg, i have a solution with your software, and you only need to add a couple of things.

what if you made it so that some time before the registration time, say at least 10 mins before, someone had to physically go to their computer and click "i am here." if they dont, it automatically unregisters them.

that way, it would cater for those that cannot rego early, but also make sure they are actually there by tourney start time.

how does that idea sound?

I'd prefer it if people would stop bringing up specific names full stop.

I remembered seeing nplking yesterday and had noted to say something to you in here about it, to see if you knew who that clown was.
During the past 24 hours of having my head in a bowl, I have mixed things up a tad.
It was Squidy, you are correct and for that I apolise, sorry bud.

Looking back at my hand historys - this incident occured in the Pre Game Stretch from yesterday and it was S***, C*** M***. SR, sp***, said they would inform Garth and old man Swanky was sitting to the left of this person.

I also shipped this game so I couldn't have done that while away from the computer...
