not counting my chickens yet, but I certainly know that reading what everyone said here helped and to be honest, life is still giving me a bad run, so having one night of making points just gave a bit of a boost.

I really think that once I start reading outs and stats and stuff, I complicate my game far too much.
I guess some are meant to really think the game through... and some are just too simple and should play that way... LOL

Caroline, try what I've done to get my mojo back this week.

Spend a Saturday night with a few mates playing a cashie, drop $60, and spend the night having them poke light-heartened fun at you constantly.

I'm come 2nd & 1st my next two Away games, but thoroughly enjoyed it.

You can easily overthink hands, even if you know all that stuff. I have a fair understanding, no way near the likes of Ben, Scott, Garth etc, but I sometimes still play on gut occasionally. It usually helps in knocking out people like Emily & Scott.
