Americans call almost everything by the wrong name :)
Pardon me, but I think you'll find that's a shovel. See you next Tuesday!

This is interesting!

Portsmouth striker Peter Crouch will decide over the weekend whether to join Sunderland or Fulham after both clubs made a £12m bid for the England international.

I reckon he'd go well at Fulham.

Also.....

Manchester City have taunted rivals Manchester United by putting up a Carlos Tevez poster in the city centre declaring: Welcome to Manchester.

Manchester City have just purchased Adebayor from Arsenal.

So now they have as their strikers:

Tevez, Adebayor, Robinho, Santa Cruz, Bellamy, Bojinov and Benjani.

Reckon Hughes will play 3 up front? He'll definitely have 2 or 3 strikers sooking because they were promised big things but now they're not required and won't get a game.

Arsenal are still ok though, forgot all about Rosicky and Eduardo (remember that broken leg?) and Walcott might actually get more of a go as a central striker now. They also still have Arshavin (arse shaven) and Van Persie who are both quality.

Will certainly be a very interesting season.

Can Robinho play as a wide mid?

Anyway, having santa cruz and bellamy on the pine is pretty handy (i havent heard of those other dudes). But you wouldnt buy all of those strikers and play only 2 up front i would suggest.
Riskers gamble, experts calculate.
