I have checked my email spam folder and there does not appear to be an email there. I won a freeroll on the 7th of July and the 1K chip voucher would be nice.

Bump. Is there someone I should email? Something I should do?

Just in the interests of covering all of the bases that you can at your end, how do you check your email?

Is it using your providers webmail service from their website or is it using an email program such as Outlook?

Your provider may have their own spam filtering (and consequent spam folder) which can be checked via webmail.


Just a thought.

I use gmail and I have been keeping an eye on out my spam folder since I won incase it got caught in there.

I'm assuming you meant you check gmail from a website?

If yes, not much more you can do at your end and hopefully Garth will get back to you shortly.

Maybe send him an email directly if you haven't already.

spam from gmail automatically gets deleted after 30 days as well. maybe it slipped through the cracks and got deleted before you could have a look at it

email the support email address from the 888pl website, they should be able to help you (i think its garth anyway)

Hi peoples, i did receive my email, and i also replied with
my choice of venue for the 1000 chips and also my mailing address
for my prize to be sent too.
I am yet to receive any further emails about how i collect my 1000 chips at my venue
does any body know how to get the chips or do i have to wait for an email..

Go to your nominated venue, walk up to your TC and say: "I wantz my chipz!"

They are all aware of the venues and players owed bonus chips.

Hi Garth i did exactly what you wrote, and my TC at the Kingy said i need a print out of the email which attached is a 1000 chip voucher..
I never received the attached voucher
have sent you a couple of emails now but still nothing

the TC was Tom and i play at the kingsford hotel on a friday night
