Is it just me, or does the field size for the FTT tournament seem much larger than it should be?

Especially with 662 in Event 4, having 617 in Event 3 (for FTT's) seems really high.

But back to my point - over 600 players collected 3 FTTs in the last five weeks? From memory, that's more than double the last FTT event?
