Publicity Machine

Postby gundog » Wed May 27, 2009 5:47 pm

Whilst I understand the generational change of Morphing the NPL into the new supersized 888pl has tsken considerable time and some small things may get missed along the way.

The publicity machine has neglected to do anything about the "Win a seat with Warney" winner in sunday night final, nothing on the 888pl home page news and just a few congraturaltry posts by some forum members. Considering we still have the Win a seat with Warney masthead pon the forum pages.

I would have thought that considering it was a SA player who happens to come from the Riverland would be cause enough to do a press release with the metro and local media, to lift the profile of the new 888pl and the poker ashes series, as you said before any publicity is good publicity.

In particular the Riverland needs some good news at the moment.
42.7 percent of all statistics are made up on the spot.

good point gundog - this should be released to the local media and definitely deserves a feature article on the website
