Payrise for contractors i say - they do an excellent job. Venues pay NPL more nowadays, so give some to the TD's. Best in the land.

Can somebody please quote Bacon's post with a facepalm picture after it?

Payrises will not be implemented at this time. Further down the track in the new financial year may be a possibility.

But in the end if CBI staff are working longer hours than freeroll contractors then we will need to pay them more for the additional work.

Although they don't have bad beats or redraws to worry about! LOL.
