From the afl website...

Adelaide - FA 29
Saints - FF 30

Shows even the statisticians couldn't work out what some of the frees were for.

gundog, you need your eyes checked, as well as a new hearing aid

i thought the umpires were pretty fair against coll'wood, seemed pretty even

gundog wrote:But what did not look good was 13 min to go Craigy is shown leaning back in his chair with his hands on his head, as if to say well I've done my job, I'll leave it to you blokes on the field to work it out. By direct contrast a couple of minutes later they show the saints coaches box and Ross Lyon is still working the phoneover.

so you believe 1 shot of TV, but not respected journalists. you are rediculous

Gundog, you know that footage from last season that was of Mark Thompson eating a sandwich in the box... it was FILMED just before the game, but BROADCAST during a quarter...

I don't remember the footage of Craigy leaning back. Are you sure it was shown in real time?

i trust what I saw, and that was a complete biased umpiring display. Both teams got some lucky ones, but others were complete crap! A +19 difference is crap.

Gundog, you support Melbourne, a club that shouldn't even exist anymore. Stop writing comments just to get a reaction and concentrate on the facts. The facts are that at least 3 goals were the direct result of poor umpiring decisions. The umpires weren't the sole reason for the result, but there were certainly a contributing factor.

im just happy Jeff Gieschen was in the crowd watching the game, he will not be happy with what he saw last night

the crowd was going nuts but i must say i want new seats, i have the most uneducated football fans around dont know the rules and talk down the crows at every opportunity, one comment "Rutten is crap, sack him", gee he's only an All Australian full back, bit hard playing on Koschitzke who is a foot taller, faster and more agile

Stevens would have taken him, he was a big loss

I think Cristiano Ronaldo is the best winger.

Doesn't he play for the Portugese National Diving Team? :)

If you're going to call people a name gundog you could probably at least spell it right :)
Pardon me, but I think you'll find that's a shovel. See you next Tuesday!
