Negotiating price for this event at the moment.
We cannot do the event under the same charge to the venue as last time.
We had all SA key staff out of the greater Adelaide area for almost four days as well as the logistical nightmare of transporting equipment that distance.

Leave the some of the Metro TD's at home get the riverlanders to work.
Open the event up so the Non working TD's can play but put a bounty on them.
Another thing worth considering is pre registration on line with table and seat allocation comunicated by txt or email 24 - 48 hrs prior to the event, this would prevent the massive rgistration lines.

Re: Is it on again this year.
question, does it take 4 days to set up a tournament?
i wouldn't have thought it would take that long.
any why would all the big wigs need to be there?
logistical nightmare yes

I am often quite suprised how many people doubt my word or think I don't know what I am talking about.

And secondly yes you do need all the "big wigs" there.
If you were travelling two hours plus to attend this event, spending your weeks wage on accom and meals, would you expect an A+ event, or can we just send up the second string team?
And yes we do have a second string team.
