Every season we will be giving away at least one package into a major Australian tournament.

All you have to do is make three final table appearances in the last five weeks of every season to qualify for the Satellite.

As to the prize money for Main Event, I am quite willing to allow anyone who wins ask for a tournament package for a certain rate, I have no problems organising that for any player.

To all of those who want it to be a permanent part of the package, it just won't happen at this stage, $10K markets better and the majority of players would prefer the cash to the package and cash. Especially in this fiscally foreboding times.

BUT there are some exciting "things" in the pipeline and I hope we can get most of them over the line which would see a dramatic change in competition and prizes.

Everyone seems to be talking about Chris Fullwood, which just makes my agrument for large tournement entry to be included as part of a prize package. Can anyone seriously remember who won the NPL season 4?

?? From what I know it has always been an option to have entry into a major tournament or $10,000 for winning state finals in Vic.
From what I remember nearly all the winners took the cash.
