as we all know, FTTs will be used as the new entry criteria for regional finals and satellites.
it is my understanding that in the B&G and other country regions, only 1 FTT is required for entry into the regional finals, whereas for city folk the entry into their regionals is 3FTTs.
according to the previous posts on the forum, the end of season satellites to the AM or Adelaide champs etc also require 3FTTs in the last 5 weeks of the season to be able to qualify for the satellite.
my question is: do country players have to collect 1 or 3 FTTs in the last 5 weeks of the season in order to qualify for the satellite events? if it is 3, then some regional players, particularly for regions further away than the B&G, will find it hard to qualify. but if it is 1, then it means that there will be different qualification criteria for different regions.

Re: FTT Tournament Entry Requirements
Satellite will require three FTT's to enter, they can be accumulated across several regions but must be awarded in the last five weeks of the season.
The Metro regional will be known as the $5,000 FTT Challenge and will be open to ALL players who have accumulated 3 FTT's in the first five weeks of the season.

Re: FTT Tournament Entry Requirements
And does making the final table auto-qualify the player for the Main Event?
Pardon me, but I think you'll find that's a shovel. See you next Tuesday!
