Note this isn't a whinge, just my view on the FTT tourney, mainly negatives as I didn't attend. If I was there, I'm sure I would have loved the different formats.
-timing and notice given, too close to Xmas, too much to do.
-what were the prizes? From what people have stated, nothing substantial was up for grabs so it didn't really make it worth it trying to collect FTT throughout the season/year.

The FTTs and tourney are a major drawcard for non-regular stick-to-one-venue players (which is what I am now), and since there were no big prizes up for grabs, is it really motivation to collect the FTTs required?

Yep.. those buttons that have words on them usually do what they say.

Don't be scared Rosemary, just click it and if it's not what you wanted just click the back button in your browser and try something else.

We can always tidy it up if you make a mistake.
Pardon me, but I think you'll find that's a shovel. See you next Tuesday!

Really fun day though.

Good poker, but if u stuff up, it wasn't like there was 10k on the line!

Looking forward to more of these kind of events.

I find it funny how the people who went, really enjoyed it, but the people who didnt, are complaining.

It was only a long day because there were two events. This was stated early on, everyone knew you had to rego by 9am and the partners event didn't start till 4pm. I don't see why anyone is complaining, everyone knew it would be like this beforehand.

I heard over the mic that to play in the partners event you HAD to play in the shootout. That's kinda poor form, if that went on, NPL head dudes. What if someone was busy till 4pm? Or simply wasn't interested in the shootout?
