there has been discussion on this word 'rivalry' . when you look it up in the dictionary, it means 'an act of competiveness' - that is all it is, there is nothing sinister or damaging in this, it is pure fun.

we have rivalry between regional geelong and metwo west. metro north has rivalry with metro west, I have rivalry with Luke Sunley and Brad and Nato and Stewie .... it is all healthy competition and fun ...

so let's have rivalry between us vics and the south aussies ... it is fun.

hey, 6/4 off ... unsuited gap connectors mate .... lol .... I learnt that one from you and your mate ... no different to the hand that makes you break out into song ... "I feel good .... " no diff between 3/5 and 6/4 - especially when you are big blind .... be fair now ....

and the rivalry is fun ... you would agree ... anyway, I have to get my chips back somehow, and if my money is in first and I bad beat you ... you know that old saying?? bad luck!! ... lol ...

I would love to see some SA or Vic players put their hands up to come over and visit each other for one off events or even during finals.

Sniff, Sniff. I smell a "STATE SHOOTOUT" in the air Garth.

Which NPL venue would be the most central and able to cater for a SA versus Vics shootout??????

I'm not the best poker player going around at the moment but I'm more than happy to "KICK A VIC" if given the chance. :o And I'm sure there are some Vics who would really like to have a go at my proverbial butt too.

We could car pool to the event, I'm more than happy to take 3 other SA punters with me to share the costs. And I'm sure there would be others who are prepared to car pool from both states.

Any suggestions??????

the future can be changed, but the past cannot

So "Back to the Future" movies weren't true??????
