hi krunchie ... what we want you to know is that we are very passionate poker players who are having a couple of issues and are frustrated at how to be heard.

we have been told to get onto the forum and here we are.

we don't intend to bring baggage, but the emotion takes over - as in the case of D.O.N.K. .. my objective was to make light of his angry state and add some humour to his post in the hope that he would calm down and laugh at himself ... seeing the funny side of what he'd done.

as most of us vics are new to the forum and as this is a place to vent a little, a little venting is going on. Please have some patience while we get through all the angst and emotions and then we will all be thinking (and writing I hope) in plain english ... lol ..

all is cool, like most of us you are using this forum as a vehicle to drive your thoughts and concerns to a larger audience.

And you are most welcome too, thats why its a public forum.

Im just trying to help you understand the best way too get your point across.

I am a notoriuos bad speller ( examples included ) so there will be those that say i am contridicting my self.

All I ask is that if you wish too be taken seriously and i belive you do, take the effort out of your posts so we want too read them and you will reach a larger audience.

Trust me when i say this,
we have a muched loved member of our forum
his name is bruce.

Bruces posts are notoriously hard to read and after a while you just see his name and go to the next post.

I am sure you ( or your partner in this instance ) dont want to be the next bruce.

Other than that keep up the good work.

While i dont have a personal opinion when i comes too your topics it is great to see the passion coming through and that is the 100% truth.

thanks krunchie ... and by the way D.O.N.K. is not my partner, nor are any of the posts under that name from me. But I do know who it is and who his partner is and understand his frustration. his posts will get easier to read when he leaves his emotions at the front door... lol ...

we've just finished a home game, well 2 actually, with some of the nicest people ... if you guys come over her, give us a yell and we'll find a game somewhere ... lol ... then you'll see passion at its best ...

Garth, im just another frustrated npl member. Its a shame that your sarcasm far outweighs your ability to answer questions of concern from fellow npl members. Maybe this could be the answer as to why you dont receive as much feedback as you would like.
I play npl 2 nights a week, but have decided not to attend due to double points. It has destroyed the state leader board! Rosemary made mention of Peter Minca as an example. What a great example!!! Fancy winning 3 games and be in front on leader board only to have december come along and drop you outside the top 10! sheesh!
I also used to play at Hoppers on Sunday night but have chosen to stop playing that night all together due to constant critisism of our playing abilities etc from the T.D. If you dare question his rulings, your are either treated like an idiot or threatened with suspension. You made a comment that a small minority had this complaint. I know of at least 18 players who have stopped playing Sunday nights for this very reason. Thats a drop of about 19%. If my business decreased by 19%, id be pointing the finger and asking questions, not brushing it under the carpet.
CMON GARTH, BRING BACK THE FUN, FAIR AND FREE POKER IT USED TO BE BEFORE WE ALL LOSE FAITH!!!!!!

hi go tgo, while you make most of the points that I have heard people complain about, it is better that we email garth directly, rather than post them on here... go straight to the source and not bore these poor S.A.'s with our Victorian problems.

I do however, appreciate your support and forthcoming, but I will still take your chips ... and I do miss you when you are not there... Q9
