I used to have an A4 sheet stuck to the desk with similar KPIs - most helpful in remaining disciplined. Alot of it was PLO and PLO8 specific though.

It is just a discipline issue.

I like post it notes on the computer monitor.

Stuff like that should help.

thanks for the advice garth - discipline is definitely something i need to work on. and post it notes are a good way i think.

btw, i dont mind having a reputation of throwing my chips in light - i can assure you that it does pay off sometimes - but i just do it WAAAY too often.
