Re: ONE NIGHT, ONE WINNER, $1000 Cold Hard Cash!!!!
Well done NPL players in SA.
You have just set the record for the largest regular pub poker event in all of the southern states. That does include our competition as well.
Thank you for supporting a great venue such as the Gardens.
A big congratulations to Greg and all of the staff at PGCC for their continued support of the NPL product and their passion to provide the best free league events in SA.
Again it doesn't need to be said but a hearty pat on the back to Tim and staff for organising and running this event. Keep up the good work gang.
To those staff who made it up their to play as bounties, thank you and you certainly put a new spin on the discussion currently being conducted in the staff forum.
For those of you who are unaware there is currently a large debate on whether we should allow our contractors to continue to play in regular NPL events. The fact that you can attract a crowd of this size and allow staff to play where all competitors are happy with this is a testament to the conduct of NPL contractors at all NPL events whether off or on duty and has had me rethink the strategy on staff playing.
Again a wicked great job to all involved and let's hope we can produce more of these great events in conjunction with more great NPL venues.
