what do you reckon the tactics will be? will they keep them to less than 3 goals if they just sit on their own goal line the whole night? or do you reckon its worth trying to score at least 1 goal, because this will probably seal it.

A lot will depend on whether Eugene is fit. If Birghetti is in goals, we will have to give him a lot more protection.

ago hasnt started for a while now, so he will be no big loss. i think we will play our normal 4-2-3-1 counter attacking style that we normally do anyway, so i don't think we will see any big change in tactics.

An early goal would be awesome though - they will come out hard against us, and one goal would break them i reckon.

I think that deliberately playing defensively would be the worst thing we could do and is just asking for trouble.

Much better IMO to make sure we boss the midfield and give ourselves plenty of chances in their half - for 2 reasons:

a) it's less time defending in our own half.
b) we may even bag a goal or two and then they're proper stuffed.

If Birghetti is in goals then I'll be very worried because that's a massive responsibility on a young fella.
Pardon me, but I think you'll find that's a shovel. See you next Tuesday!

Keen as, but broke as too :(

Think I'll play the Kentish and use my "1st loser" voucher.

Still might head to either Rosemont( that is where they watch soc, er FOOTBALL isn't it?), or the casino to watch tho.

That's exactly my plan tonight. Play the $65 freeze-out then watch the game.

So farr in the other semi, Urawa are up 1-0 which also puts them 1 goal in front overall.

Both teams in the other semi are Japanese and it looks to be a great atmosphere.

I still half expect to see some weird-ass robot stroll out onto the pitch being controlled by some propellor head... those Japanese are crazy :P
