Do you mean "Avatar"?

Programs like photoshop or paint shop pro are best. If not then any software that comes with a digital camera should be able to do it.

Upload your picture here (using the attachment section of the posting page) and I will do it for you - and then set it as your aviator so you can fly a plane...

And then your avatar too =)

Irfanview is a fairly easy to use program that's free.

Google for 'Irfanview' and you'll find it right away.
Pardon me, but I think you'll find that's a shovel. See you next Tuesday!

Try iView as well. I use this program for bulk resizing and renaming of images, but you can also do resizing of individual files.

many/ any photo editing programs will do it.

I use microsoft paint--open the picture them go to Image attributes. then stretch /skew down till 90x 90 or there abouts till it look good then save - basic I know but it works and is cheap

if you have microsoft office installed on your computer, then microsoft picture editor is also good at bulk resizing of photos. Thats what i used to resize the pictures of my lovely poker table. (viewtopic.php?f=13&t=4&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=20)

(Sorry, this is a blatant show-off session, but damn my table is good!) LOL
