Prize packs for 2009

Ok here is my recommendation for prize packs moving into 2009.

1st - glass trophy, good quality metal keyring and/or silicon wristband (how many bracelets do you have?) Possibly a Hat.
2nd or 3rd - Stubby Holder or if 1st doesn't get a hat, second will and third will receive a stubby holder.

Or we can go with four seasons of a hat and one season of sunnglasses or some other product? The sunglasses are pretty cool.

Other ideas are NPL socks/lanyard for mobiles or ipods or CD wallets, decks of cards.

All Finalists will receive a token.

Every season the colour of these items will change, like the keyrings. So in 2009 we would look at 5 different styles of hats, stubby holder and final table tokens.

So put your thoughts forward and have your say now.

maybe a better quality hat would be a good idea

both the red (especially) and black ones u wouldnt be seen dead wearing them away from an NPL event

i think we need to keep something for all final table players tho.
The Final table key rings and chips are great. I know of many who are building chip sets with them.

as above, fine by me as a multi winner have everything except ' glass fan' which reflected a poor season.
.. glass is good..DVD for bubble to final Table or 1st out encourages better performance...
for me variety keeps winning a reward for a good game..

A metal keyring is definitely a better keyring than a plastic one, but how many keyrings do people want? We can't give them away now as it is

Gundog showed me what seems to be a newer hat, dark blue in colour I think, was a much nicer style than the others and seemed to be better made. I'm no hat expert though.

I realise this is a dumb statement, but I can't help but think prizes should be such that they actually can be used to promote NPL as well.

You would laugh at the amount of people that see my NPL keyring and comment or maybe give a subtle nod, it is almost like the stonecutters club.

That is where I believe things like T-shirts, the silicone bands, etc are really awesome.

Even the metal keyrings, (I attached a pic below of one) would be awesome.

However, I personally would be devestated if you got rid of chip protectors, I just wish there was a bit of a range with them.

I still can't help but feel the DVD would best be used to new people that sign up and have no idea how to play. Most of them would get a buzz getting something like that as a sign up gift.

Excellent-o. I think that the plastic "chip stack" trophies also work, but I can agree with everyone else that the glass versions definitely look more professional. The keyring/wristband sounds great.
