Re: NPL Game Rules Review
I got a warning one night for picking up my own cards when I'd mucked them, let alone picking up someone else's! Doesn't really sit right with me, that there was only a generic warning to everyone.... that said tho, I wasn't there either.krunchie wrote:the td warned both the tables not to check the muck and left it at that
im interested to hear your thoughts guys

Re: NPL Game Rules Review
Krunchie,
That type of scenario will result in the suspension of a player.
I would strongly urge you to write an email or inform your Operator or OM in regards to these matters.
If I was there and someone did that at my table, with my cards, there would be serious hell to pay. In no uncertain terms.
Someone would be going home with a serious paper cut!!!!

Re: NPL Game Rules Review
as previously posted
when the incident occured i informed the TD imediatly
now if he isnt going to treat the matter seriously its pretty difficult for me to make a big song and dance about it, cause who looks like the bad
guy then
remember waikerie is a small town and we all know each other
to be the direct reason behind somebodys suspension that i will see every other day isnt that appealing

Re: NPL Game Rules Review
Krunchie that is major crap, if that happened to me I would be majorly pissed off, and if the TD brushed it off like that I would be pretty angry. I'd expect the player to be instantly removed from the tourny. Don't let this one slide.

Re: NPL Game Rules Review
yall city folk jus dont understand this is a small county town, think about it.
The TD runs 2 games per week in both in small towns 1 venue averages 40 the other 30-35. whilst he improved a lot last season, he is still not up to city standard, his knowelege of the rules and eitquitte pf play is limited because he is not a regular poker player. The TD looks after the venue foremost with some of his actions and decisions which points back to the first line of this post.

42.7 percent of all statistics are made up on the spot.

Re: NPL Game Rules Review
Please dont get me wrong guys I am aware of how serious this is and will not back away from it
but
I mearly am attempting to point out their are far wider reaching consequences of this sort of action in a small country town than their is in the city
I may be difficult to understand but thats how it is
I was looking for advice and guidance on this issue not a review on how spineless i may be for not following it up
