bennymacca wrote:still pretty good stats for only playing 19 games if u ask me

and a final table tonight and i will be in the top 10 in the region, when other people have played more than double what i have played

and i am in the top 5 of both my regular venues - oneof which averaged 40 runners, and the other one 50+

at my regular venues, for which i have played 13 games (1 shut down mid season) i average 28.16, and have made the final table 7 times in these 13 games.

so i am pretty happy with my season.

btw, well done on ur season bruce

Does it count if your serving drinks at the final table benny the cunt???????

yeh benny the cunt im quite dissapointed you didn't mention me, i remember when Jerry first came to the Kingy i accidently dropped my pint on him.

Matt just looks at him and says 'welcome to the B&G venue, zack spilt something on you, your truly a B&G player now' that was classic

kingsford in gawler thursday or friday nights would be your best bet

oh and the new blind level is AWESOME, should be introduced state wide next season. it just means the bingo-like end of the tournament is just delayed for an extra blind level

God if I wasn't such a B&G whore you'd all be calling for my head ;)

Oh wait, you are :P

Steve - B&G venues are as follows:

Monday: Nurioopta Vine Inn.
Wednesday: Willaston Hotel and Wheatsheaf Hotel (Virginia).
Thurs and Fri: Kingsford Hotel (Gawler).
Sunday: Sir John Franklin Hotel (Kapunda) and Bentleys Hotel (Clare).

We just lost the Plush group (Tanunda, Brahouse, Smithfield, and Old Spot Salisbury - Smith and Oldy were NE venues) so we're a little short on venues atm. Depending on where you live (I'm guessing towards the city) Gawler would be, as benny the cunt said, your best bet.

And just to think out loud, here's some possible BG venues that I reckon could hold NPL:

- Terminus Hotel, Gawler
- Southern Hotel, Gawler
- Gawler Arms Hotel, Gawler (GET ON THIS)
- Criterion Hotel, Gawler

Or more Kingsford games :D

Virginia Wheat Sheaf is located in the main street and is a bit of fun. Maximum 60 runners and the meals and stamping are may I say, "EXCELLENT". Be prepared for the wheaty players as they can play a little ragged. But the good players play good.:o

Followed closely by the Kingsford in the main street of Gawler. Again stamping and food are great. Same thing for the player as Virginia but maybe a little on the mild side, sorry guys I had to say it.

I've lived here for close to 17 years now, and apart from playing poker at the Kingy and the odd game at The Old Spot, I've never been in any of those pubs.

Gawler has entirely too many pubs tbh.

Quite upset that I missed the games in the "bra house", sounds like it would have been fun. :D

SACRILEGE! :D

And, finally.... You know you're a B&Ger when you have no venue or date for your regional final.
