You Might win the leader board some time this year but this season im taking 1st and i find it funny when you talk yourself up about how good you are because you make the same mistakes as everyone else.

Learn to quote, man

I don't talk myself up about being the best poker player (you know full well I think you're better than me), just that I'm going to win the regional leaderboard. Different situation. Winning the leaderboard is about consistency and I think in our region I'm one of the better players that can point, and point well, consistently.

Anyway competition is great so bring it on :D

I feel your pain AK

I had them twice in the span of five hands in a skittles game on saturday.

First time I raised 4 x the blind in early position and get called by 3 players. Put out a 1.5 * pot sized bet on the flop and got everyone to fold.

Second time raised 3 * the blind and get like 5 callers (that was my mistake people, only raising 3 * the blind, lol).

Flop comes 5 6 9 rainbow. SB Bets, BB calls I look down and say, I love you, but right now you are no good to me, and chuck them away. The table couldn't believe that I would fold and I said back, you really want to play those two cards with that flop??? You crazy or what man, lol!!

Hence to say that the pot went crazy and a person that called my raise with 78s smashed the pot (can't complain, I LOVE suited connectors!!).

I love suited connectors. I called all in, in a mad tilt game last night with 78s, behind 3 callers, because I figured my cards were live and a HUGE chance to smash AK/QJ/K10 etc.

Runner runner flush :D

Thought so!

I like fourex - is not bad at all for a mid strength beer.

And they have great questions under the lids :)
