Friday evening - hopefully in time for the regular game, tho it will depend on what time I can get away from work.

Xtal, Russ and I are sharing :o a room at the Berri resort.

He probably won't be interested if you continue to spell his name wrong, Bruce

I doubt Bruce can spell his own name right half the time.

I'm still to work out what I'm doing.. didn't realise the GF was going to Sydney on Friday, so I could have a quiet poker night with the boys at home, to hone my folding skills.

*Edit* - decided I'm driving to Barmera Friday night to spend some time with the boy Saturday morning. Lucky his soccer game Sunday is at 9am, so I'll get to watch all of that before I return to my chip-leading stack on Sunday.

sorry i started bruce off everyone :P

ok, so i did fold down a couple of hands last night, but i thought it was worth it

6 left, i only have 5K left after being crippled with blinds 5K-10K , im on the button and look down at
[qc] [jc]

there is plenty of action before me, and some short stacks after me, so i lay it down - 1 person gets eliminated.

next hand, down to 5 runners, i look down at
[kd] [10c]

i am in the cutoff, and small blind is all in blind for 5K, and BB has 10K of his 15K in there already.

there is a raise before me again, so i decide to fold and hope the blinds get taken out.

and they did, so i am now top 3!

i decide to then go in blind, pissing myself laughing because i told darren at the start of the final table that i didn't wanna finsh third tonight because i have twice already this season, and ppl are gonna start thinking i am in love with phil ivey if i get another bluff mag - but alas, i sealed my fate.

turns out that the other two players also went all in, so maybe i should have folded again and i could have got second!!

bruce sat there watching the final table like master yoda, i could imagine him whipsering "fold them u must"
