I've removed this post for a few reasons.

This site is here to promote and encourage people to play NPL. Your post wasn't helping us do this. All complaints should be made to Garth Kay who is on this forum, or by email at garth@npl.com.au

I've forwarded your complaint to him and will let him have a look into it. I understand your frustation about this matter, but I'm Garth will sort things out.

Everyone hopes that NPL experience is a good one, however we are only human and we all have bad days.

This is probably a good time to politely remind everyone that this forum was started by and is run by players....not the NPL.

Yes, the NPL help moderate it and also work very closely with David and the other moderators...but the forum is not the place to be sending complaints.

Complaints on the night should be directed to the TD - immediately.

Should you not get a suitable resolution at the time then the next point of call is to email Garth ( garth@npl.com.au ).
