Pretty poor turn out from here only 8 players made the trip up river.

Shirley finished 8th

other that went, putty, matt, chris, 2 cryer boys and 1 other ? name.

The game finished around 1am.

Ok, yeah it was a shame i couldn't make it myself. Who ended up winning the event? Ian Howarth was my tip.

Well done. I'm hoping to do well at our regional finals this weekend (read: improve upon last years 29th/83).

yea it is hard but im sure those that made the prizes at the state finals felt that was a great achievement i know i did when we had the break before the final table i called my parants and told them i made the final table. they asked what do i get i said a poker table and a trip to melb lol :mrgreen:
