There was an all indigienous tean a couple of years back, they played a game against the Western Bulldogs in the Northern Territory. I think I still have the game somewhere.

Regardless, this is a joke.
How the AFL can celebrate 150 years of football but only Victoria is represented as a "team".
As much as it will be a top game skill wise, the idea leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.

Completely agree with you Dave.
State of Origin (when players actually cared) was brilliant. This is just a token effort for the sake of doing something for it's 150th bday.
Imagine the day (not that I can forsee it happening anytime soon) that the club vs country debate starts up.
And no, international rules doesn't qualify.
