Me tinks a lot of you are over reacting to the accomadation thingy let it go and post positives about the event.
1. the venue will be able to cater for more than the 300 stated in the announcement.
2. My information is the venue would love to see 500 + players at the event.
3. you'd be an goose if you thought you had to say a the venue to play, riverland players will go home for the night.
In the words Lleyton " Come on": it will worth the experiance to just to play an event like this.
