sorry jav always next season & if i wasnt playing at my local pub on wednesday i would play in wednsdays phase 2 game (didnt wabbit & terry buy in???)

Yah that's because we both play at the best venue around on Wednesday nights, I was actually impressed with Terry's play toward the end. (not that he will ever read it here, so please don't tell him)

is that checkside??? i heard that was a good game is is 20 buy in?? i would love to play there however i dnt have a car so i play in the worst venue on wednesday (watermark)only 50 buk voucher for 1st & a hot seat i think its 400 buks now,next season im going give it a miss & stay home to play ph 2 instead, PS let me clarifie what i mean about (WORST)out of the all the games im aware of watermark are getting the worst numbers for a wednesday...it would be good to see a few more faces there.nothing like free a plug, you never no it could be you who takes out the jackpot.

Um, how is this a bad deal for a free poker tournament? A lot of venues don't even have this much. Is it me, or do some people expect too much?

yea caleb seems i made alot of friends on this forum u no that thinking isnt my strong point didnt u say i said some stupid things ???& i didnt say it was a bad deal i said it was worst venue on wednesday im not the only player who thinks watermark is on downwould slide they cancelled there thursday cash game & numbers are falling in the wednesday game my point is my 30 buks i spend stamping up culd be used to buy into ph game & i think thats what i be doing in next season.dammit i new posting blogs was a bad idea is just a place u get attacked

$30 to stamp up?

I ran the watermark for 3 years. I know it's not that expensive. Even if it was, $30 to stamp up (which is completely optional, BTW) to possibly win $450? Besides, do you not get goods (dinner and drinks) with the money you use to stamp up? I think people tend to forget that the money used to fill out passports actually get you something other than stamps at times. The watermark's stamping policy is on par with most other venues, has brilliant food, a great TC (Mike), lovely staff and a fantastic first prize for a freeroll venue. Calling it the "worst venue on a wednesday" is something I completely disagree with.

So when you say "worst venue on a wednesday" I would like to what exactly you are comparing it to.

Darren, I can't speak for anyone else here, but I for one don't mind your opinions (as much I don't agree/comprehend them most of the time). What I have an issue with is you posting your opinion and then at the slightest sign of someone disagreeing you delete what you said.

If you are going to post an opinion, stand by it.

ok caleb i try & dig myself out of another hole,firstly i say i love playing at the watermark & it was a response to wabbits comment on him playing at the best venue,my words of it being the worst venue was out of line ok! mike is a great TD.also ile add i love playing the regulers there it is a fun night, my comment on the numbers slowly falling is true & there was talk about it be cancelled for good,50 buks for 1st is a great deal & now with the jackpot seat makes 4 a great prize pool, i am annoyed that the phase 2 game is on wednsday as last year it was on sat night because it clashes with my reguler poker night .regardin the 30 buks 2 stamp up true its optional, i was simply trying to say that i would not play in the season 2 because i want to have a crack at the online ph game 2 game instead.now as for me deleting posts,i admit i was wrong & a little embaresed,so i deleted them.
