It's quite simple - don't buy in.

If I wasnt on the iPhone I would respond with a more lengthy and eloquent answer.

Instead I will state that I understand most of what you're saying and I have come across some ridiculous arguments and discussions in my life, and on this forum but this one takes the cake.

Players copped a huge inconvenience the other night and have been compensated fully, do you really think these players are not playing to win? To say so is an insult to all of them.

If you don't like it - don't play.

Whether you play or not is not the point here.

888 have many times compensated players for situations like this.

In satellites, some players qualify for free and others buy-in directly, how is that any different in this situation.

Also, I've played in satellites where I've qualified multiple times to the next phase satellite and 888 just credit my account for the additional entries I've won. It doesn't change how I play the next phase, how would it? The goal is always to qualify to the next phase whether you got in for free or bought in directly, isn't it???

I'm not trying to discredit your opinion but I don't really understand why this doesn't sit well with you. If you think they won't play as well as if they bought in directly, then wouldn't that be an advantage to you???
