Listened to episode 2 and again nice work. Have to agree with Pete the beginning did sound very scripted and due to this lacked the some of the Charisma of the first one.Here is my feedback hope it helps.
1/ Love the way you start the show with a rundown of who you are and what the listeners can expert from tonight show i.e special guest xyz, special segments etc
2/ Love the way you ease yourself into the show a quick run down on what the two of you have been doing poker wise since the last episode really helps listeners feel comfortable with both of you and will help keep new listeners coming back each week.
3/ If you have anything big to discuss avoid reading it straight from an article or something you prepared earlier. Both read it prior to the show and then just right down a couple of key words to keep you on track. If one starts to loose where they are at the other will pick it up. Also as you are starting the website and think you have missed something just simply say "More info is at our website" and then plug the website ( traffic to the website also equals another opportunity to sell advertising also)
4/ The natural banter between the two of you is gold! It is obvious that you are comfortable working together and both of you have great tone and pace. Your poker knowledge is evident whenever you both go into unscripted territory as well. Trust your knowledge you both have a lot
5/ Love that you welcomed people back after the break as it helps distinguish between the show and the ads.
6/Love the variety in the show.
You get the hint Love the show ( perhaps I should have just said that

)
