Re: WSOP 2011 Thread
Just read about this hand, cant understand how call down a six-bet with deuces, but that explains why I am posting on the forum and not playing the main event. Reminds me of Joe Cada's huge suckout when 3 handed, how the flop came down that is.
old-man daryl Jace opened for 2,700 and Billy Paradiso raised to 22,000. Don Nguyen, on Paradiso's left raised to 52,300. Jace reraised to 130,000, Paradiso shoved all in, Don Nguyen folded and Jace called.
Nguyen and Jace both had huge stacks at the start of the hand, each with over 400,000. The hands were tabled and they were off to the showdown.
Jace: [2c] [2h]
Paradiso: [Kd] [Ks]
With a team of ESPN production and every field reporter within eyesight flocking to the table, the dealer peeled off the flop. Right in the window was the [2s] and everyone heard Paradiso sigh. The flop was [7h] [4c] [2s] and the turn was [8c]. Paradiso was drawing to one of the two remaining kings for his tournament life and possible chip lead.
The river came [As] and Paradiso grabbed his sweatshirt and covered his face as he exited the Amazon Room. With that pot Jace climbs to the top of the counts, teasing with the 1,000,000 mark.

Day 3 of he main event is live for four hours today on ESPN. No hole cards obviously, but still good to watch. They have two feature tables being covered. Ben Lamb is on one and Huck Seed is on one of them too. Only been watching for a few minutes, but looks good so far. Missing Norman Chad though already.

Ok I might check that out. They are showing hole cards after a hand, even without a river showdown, which is good. Negraneu is also on one of the tables. Huck seed just god busted, and I think I saw Shaun deeb too

Also, Antonio esfandiari is commentating so it's not so bad, but he is being too serious lol. Obviously there is lots more down time with it being live, so I'm looking for more banter between them between hands
