Being a 3 customer I was wondering when the migration of 3 customers across to vodafone would happen.

Well I stopped wondering the other day when I received an email from 3/Vodafone in the form of an offer,
By porting my 3 number to Vodafone they would pay out the remaining time of my 3 contract, and offer me a similar plan with a new handset.

After a bit of comparing handsets I have narrowed it down to:-
Nokia E7
Nokia N8
Samsung Galaxy SII
HTC Desire HD
HTC Desire Z

I could have choosen a iPhone 4 16Gb, but there are a couple of things about iphones that dont meet my needs and paying $20 phone payment per month, I then dropped off both the HTC phones they dont have complete frequency as others do, also the Nokia N8 gets the heave ho for the same reason.

So its down to the Nokia E7 or Samsung Galaxy SII

What do I choose ????????

The plan gives me 500mb of data, infinate call within AU, Infinate Txt & Pxt to Au mobiles, infinate access to social network sites like Twitter and Facebook.

I don't see a point in getting the iPhone 4 anytime soon when the 5 is gonna be out next year. My contract runs out in October and I don't know what I'm gonna do.

if your contract runs out aaron, it will just roll over to a month by month thing. so just keep your iphone4 until the 5 comes out.

Next year = mid next year, so still 12 months away.
At least from memory that's what they do.

same boat(aw, boats) here .

My casing is cracked and they want $150 to fix it, but chuck in a good case and is a lot of cash to extend the life of a two year old phone.

Just reading some romour sites and looks like the 5 might be next year now. There were a couple of sites suggesting there might be a 4s released this year before the 5 next.

I know, I have a 3GS and its in pretty bad shape, I don't really wanna get into a new contract but I don't see it lasting until July 2011, if not longer.
