Haven't installed it on my new computer which is really bad. Should have a decent amount on my laptop I will try and find tomorrow though I do warn you they will be pretty bad.

its up to you if you wanna share those stats, but it gets back to my point, if your goal is to increase your aggression, you should be able to know how aggressive you are now, and then be able to check at some point in the future to see if you have improved

Have no problems sharing although I am embarrassed by these. They are from 6 months ago and you will see why I have been working on position, aggression and hand selection. It also reminds me why I was losing big time around this time
Looking again reminds me I need to work on being so predictable with my continuation bet.
3913 hands ( hope this is enough)

Re: goal setting/ things I have picked up.
to be honest, those stats aren't as bad as you think, they are pretty decent.
4000 hands is a very small amount, but if those stats are indicative, i would say that your aggression in general is pretty good, but your positional play needs improving a bit.
your steal percentage should be up ober 30% i would think
just a question, what size raises do you usually make preflop?
in general, if it is folded to you, it should be around 2.2-2.5x, rather than 3x. that seems to be the trend that MTTs are going these days, and its good because it gives you more wiggle room, especially against aggressive people who are 3betting you a lot.
just a few thoughts.
if you want, we could swap some hand histories and review them?

pfr 11.9% probably should be more like 14-16 when you have a 20 prf
3bet 5.4 this is very good, most people dont have a 3bet percentage this high but its about optimal
sqz 4.8 good
Agg 2.77 good
flop cbet 72.4 good, you dont wanna be any higher than this though
stealpct 20.5 this is pretty low. if i were you i would open up your raising range from the button and small blind and try to steal a few more chips.
preflop position 2.84 this will get better if you try and steal more

Re: goal setting/ things I have picked up.
I do the standard 3 x raise early in the tournament but as I get deep I have changed this to 2.2 to max of 2.5. This has really helped me save some valuable chips. I have tried to mix it up to the odd amounts such as 297 or 358 you know the type but it just doesn't work for me. Maybe because it puts me outside my comfort zone. My 3 bets are usually around 2.5 times the original raise. Again if they shove or four bet save a few chips. Keeping a close eye on the amount of big blinds I have so I can adjust my play to suit my stack also.
I will be downloading HEM to this computer tomorrow and given that I tend to play a lot at the weekend should have a decent amount of hands to show in no time. Have been using raising from position more since playing a lot of rush. I have really tightened my hand selection also.
Thanks for the help benny the cunt really appreciated.
** side note won the main event tonight

Re: goal setting/ things I have picked up.
yeah pre antes 3x is fine, but when you get less than about 40bb later in the tournament, the smaller raise size really helps to conserve your stack
