Don't think someone who played the A 10 above would think a min raise is strong. They're more likely thinking "I have an Ace, I am gonna go to showdown no matter what!" So I think betting more on the turn is good for this reason, especially if your stacks were bigger. Given your stack was only 7K and you managed to get it all in on the river without a huge river overbet then it worked out OK.

It's obviously player dependent Which makes this play fine, but I'm pretty sure I'm folding everything except a set and maybe AK here

Unless the standard has greatly improved since I last played - I think the average 888PL player continues with sets, any ace, 88-AA, flush draws. I would be very surprised if more than 20% of players read a min-raise as strength there.

Raise the flop.

As played, bet more on the turn. Probably check back the river, the only hand you beat is 9d9h etc.
