found this excellent thread on 2p2 where a guy as developed a spreadsheet to highlight what your shoving/calling/restealing ranges should be.

rcon and AJG (and anyone else that plays SNGs and MTTs regularly), you are going to cream your jocks when you see this spreadsheet. its great.
