Pretty standard the last couple of days for me :( Not really a bad beat but none of them are I am just loosing when I am ahead, not catching when behind and loosing every race.

benny the cunt that reminds me very much of a beat i took a while back - was SB late (500/1000 or something) about 1/2 avg chips with QTo, 3 limps so i complete hoping to see a cheap flop and flopped GIN! J98r - which I open shove on the flop and it folds to the CO who snapcalls with A9o (where I start to think wtf?)

Board runs out Ace, f'n Ace....

But over the last 2 weeks I could almost fill this thread... i have honestly never seen variance this bad, even for HU SnGs... my BR is halved (except for some winnings in super-turbos) from game after game of chipping villain down to like a 2300/700 lead, getting it in dominating them @ 10-14BB, and losing... Shrug it off only to happen again @8BB and equal stacks... like 15 games in a row, and almost daily (yes seriously - and i have a crappy HEm graph to prove it), i have almost lost count of hands like AKo < K6o... And it is really messin with my head which doesnt normally happen... The only thing keepeing me 1/2 way sane is that HEM's luck adjusted winnings does have me down for that period also, but not by enough!

larx: yeah thats nasty by villain... UTG open you pretty much always have an Ace (well, i mean normal villain - from opponent perspective - will have an Ace after UTG open like 90% of the time i think)

And here is an example of once again getting it in ahead, but no love....

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, 6.25 Tournament, 15/30 Blinds (2 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

Hero (BB) (t1395)
SB (t1605)

Hero's M: 31.00

Preflop: Hero is BB with 4Image, 4Image
SB bets t90, Hero raises to t240, SB calls t150

Flop: (t480) 4Image, 10Image, KImage (2 players)
Hero bets t300, SB raises to t1365 (All-In), Hero calls t855 (All-In)

Turn: (t2790) 9Image (2 players, 2 all-in)

River: (t2790) JImage (2 players, 2 all-in)

Total pot: t2790

Results:
SB had QImage, KImage (straight, King high).
Hero had 4Image, 4Image (three of a kind, fours).
Outcome: SB won t2790

Code: Select all

   2      KsQc    5.2      0.0      5.2
