Jeff Fenech really is a top player.. and one hell of a bloke..
I was never ever someone that had an opinion of him.. but after playing on his table and just talking with him in general, my opinion of him is that he is just such a solid player and a genuine person.
Anyway.. Enough of me rambling about Jeff Fenech..
Yeah, true Caz, we both did, and you are right, the guy is one of the nicest people you could ever come across. But on the poker table, be ware, cause he know's what he is doing!!
What?, poker without the river??, you've just made my dreams come true!!!

That is true also.
I never used to be in the habit of holding chips on my hand, but I developed that habit by watching him, because I was never sure if he was going to bet, raise or fold, due to the fact he never had to look down at his chips..
I honestly believe he was very aware of you as well, especially after the beat you gave him at the GF before..

Best way to stop this is to only look down at your hand when t is your turn and not before

That is really true benny the cunt.. But I found I was doing it without thinking at times..
However I do use this as a tool to watch what the table does in response, but for the most part I keep the chips in my hand so I don't do what is a normal instinct..
My only question is, is it a way to conceal your chipstack?
Kinda like, larger chips to the front... can holding larger chips be considered concealing?

yep definitely.
if you were holding all of your 5k chips in your hand, i would promptly tell you to put them down where i can see them
holding or shuffling the lowest denomination is perfectly fine i think, if i have a stack of 100s i will pretty much always be shuffling them.
in fact i even have a stack of chips on my desk at home that i am shuffling right now whilst playing. just relaxes me a bit i think

Re: The bad beat stories start...
Yes. if somebody was holding a few smaller chips in their hand, then its no big deal, but a few big chips means they could be concealing a large percentage of their stack, which is poor.
EDIT: dammit benny the cunt. beat me to it.
